Unhelpful help

What if I can't pay my mortgage? is the question they attempt to answer here. I found humour in the answer, because it doesn't offer much concrete advice other than "the best solution is to sell your home before the foreclosure process gets started."

Its right in one way. If you can't afford your home, you should sell it. But that leads to two other big questions. The obvious being, where do you live instead? But what if no one is buying?

I didn't find any answers to those questions.

There are no answers. Except "you shouldn't have bought more house than you can afford", and nobody wants to hear that, do they?
