A Canada without winter, that would be a good thing, right?
Lately this meme has been running around in my head, being chased by a memory from elementary science class. I remember asking my teacher if deciduous trees native to Canada existed in the southern states where its warmer, but just didn't shed their leaves? The answer was no, because the trees have adapted to our climate and seasons.
Now my memory was a little vague about this, so I was going to do some research. Lo and behold the answer to a larger question, came forth today instead. Climate change could play havoc with all plants and their ecosystems.
Hmmm. Maybe this mass climate change thing isn't a good thing, for ANYBODY.
