Following up my argument earlier:
I stated that new investment in Canada's Military is something I agree with, I just had a problem with how Mr. Harper promoted it.
Well, this purported $30 billion investment is leaving people underwhelmed.
You would think that if you were going to make the bold assertion of "If a country wants to be taken seriously in the world, it must have the capacity to act. It's that simple"
You would back that up with real action.
Otherwise you are at risk for being taken as a fool, a leader not worth serious consideration.
But hey, the Conservatives seem to really believe that bluster and posturing is action, so from their twisted standpoint, this all makes sense!
